With the growing epidemic of addiction rising, the demand for those who have the skills to help people to recovery is essential. Mindfulness provides evidence-based practices and skills that support the recovery process.

Facilitators of Mindful Recovery Groups need the skills, insight and experience to successfully navigate the intricacies of guiding people in applying mindfulness to recovery.

The Mindful Recovery Facilitator Training engages two important aspects: 1) participants establish a personal mindfulness practice and 2) participants are equipped with a curriculum and guidance in facilitating Mindful Recovery Groups.

The Mindful Recovery Coach curriculum is designed for recovery-related professionals, recovery coaches, peer mentors, people in recovery and anyone dedicated to supporting those in recovery. Participants who successfully complete the The Mindful Recovery Facilitator Training can apply to become a certified Mindful Recovery Facilitator (MRF).
