Mindful Recovery Facilitator (MRF) Certification

Mindful Recovery Coach wants to support and recognize individuals who are actively working to increase their personal mindfulness practice while supporting others in implementing mindfulness as part of the recovery process. by offering the Mindful Recovery Facilitator (MRF) certification.

To Apply to become a certified Mindful Recovery Facilitator:

  • Successfully complete the Mindful Recovery Facilitator training

For recertification of Mindful Recovery Facilitator (every 2 years of completion of Mindful Recovery Facilitator Training. Those who completed the training in 2021 have 3 years for recertification):

  • Facilitate at least six Mindful Recovery groups.

  • Demonstrate a personal mindfulness practice for at least a month (30 days).

  • Take at least 6 hours of continuing education training with Mindful Recovery Coach every 2 years. Courses will stated whether or not they are applicable for hours toward recertification.

  • Submit reflection form.
